Last month I got these life savers. I've been dieting and exercise with that cutting out things I use to drink like soda or none fruits 100% juices. When  I'm tired of drinking want all day I pull out one of these babies and not have to worry slipping on my diet while on the go.   I highly recommend these there full of flavor and they contain 0 calories and total fat calories.
